Troubleshooting Steps
 Basic information to Live Upgrade debug level and output:
 static setting of debug level in file /etc/default/lu
 non-static use of debug level per commandline using option '-d {Level}' or  '-x {Level}'
 Output (standard and error) use to go to stdout, but can be redirected to a logfile by setting variables  'LU_SESSION_LOG_FILE' or 'LU_ERROR_LOG_FILE'
 LU_DEBUG set to '10' works like 'set -x' to all scripts   /usr/lib/lu/lulib
