Solaris Systems May Panic During zpool import due to Stale Cache Files (Doc ID 1505847.1)

Symptoms

If the described issue occurs, the system may panic at boot time with a stack trace similar to either of the following:

 

Changes

 The changes may not be obvious but can include changes made to one of the imported zpools from another system, re-using one of the disk within an imported zpool for another zpool, or moving the physical disks within the chassis/JBOD array.
