VOP 2.0.1 "Probe Library" Option is Not Working For L700/L1400 (Doc ID 1508139.1)

New installation of VOP 2.0.1.

Able to add L700 Library from drop-down menu but "Probe Library" option does not get highlighted.

But "Probe Library" Option is woking for SL500/SL3000/SL8500.

None.
