How To Verify That Key and Certificate Files Match Certificate Signing Request In Oracle Secure Global Desktop (Doc ID 1512354.1)

Goal

To verify that the  set of 3 files consisting of a certificate signing request, a private key, and a certificate, are (or are not) a matched set in order that they might be used by the Oracle Secure Global Desktop (SGD) security subsystem. 

This is necessary but not sufficient as the certificate might still have other problems, such as being expired.
