Goal
We performed an upgrade from 11g to 12c. After a successful upgrade we had the following problem:
Before the upgrade, there were two jobs in status "Stopping". They were stuck in this state for 20 days. These jobs should disappear after the upgrade. However, they were still there and prevented other jobs from running on the same asset.
How can a customer delete those jobs from the database?
