Solaris Cluster local_only Flag and failure fencing Does Not Work for Custom raw diskgroup (Doc ID 1529107.1)

Symptoms

While setting local_only flag on a Solaris Cluster raw custom disk group, with single node ownership, failure fencing is still occuring, and generate the following messages:

In the example above node1 have a nodeid of 1 and node2 a nodeid of 2.
