T10000/Solaris - Tape Device File Creation Fails After Replacement of T10000 Tape Drive (Doc ID 1535964.1)

Symptoms

T10000 tape drive attached to Solaris host over (FC) Fibre Channel data path.

Faulty tape drive was replaced but post that /dev/rmt/* file is not getting built in OS for the drive in question.

Drive is online and green from SLConsole.
