Oracle Exalytics: OBIEE 11g Presentation Server Does Not Restart After Refreshing User GUIDs

Symptoms
Followed the instructions in "Section 3.8 Refreshing User GUIDs," of the Oracle Fusion Middleware Security Guide for Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition 11g to refresh the user GUIDs in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) 11g.
After completing these steps, the Presentation Server (OBIPS) does not restart as indicated in step 4:
4. Restart the Oracle BI Server and Presentation Services using opmnctl:
cd MW_HOME/instances/instancen/bin
./opmnctl stopproc ias-component=coreapplication_obips1
./opmnctl stopproc ias-component=coreapplicaiton_obis1
./opmnctl startproc ias-component=coreapplicaiton_obis1
After you confirm that the Oracle BI Server is running, then start Presentation Services:
./opmnctl startproc ias-component=coreapplicaiton_obips1
