Windows Applications Fail To Launch When Using Secure Global Desktop 5.0 On Oracle Linux 6.4 (Doc ID 1552509.1)

Symptoms

When launching Windows applications using Secure Global Desktop (SGD) 5.0, if the Secure Global Desktop server platform is Oracle Linux 6.4, Windows applications fail to launch. When the application link is clicked on the Webtop, the Webtop appears to indicate that the application is running, but the application is not displayed. A time-out message may eventually be received.

If the Secure Global Desktop Remote Desktop Client: ttatsc (by default in:  /opt/tarantella/bin/bin) is run manually :
