Symptoms
Customer may report a power supply issue.
Checking the environmentals using the following commands showenvironment (ALOM) or show -d properties -level all /SYS/<PS#> (ILOM), in the section of the power supplies you can see a failed power supply:
and if needed the status can also be checked from the SP (ilom shell):
-> show -d properties -level all /SYS/<PS#>, where X is the suspect power supply
-> show faulty
-> show /SP/logs/event/list
Changes
If Power Circuit or Power Cord is interrupted from the source to the server, System Admins may generate Service Requests for investigation.
