Purpose

Awareness of new functionality added in 6.0.6.05.000 application release. VSM6 will now report SIM messages back to VTCS and logged in MVS mainframe console.

This also requires ELS PTFs:

ELS 7.0 requires PTF L1H17IS, L1H17KX
ELS 7.1 requires PTF L1H17IT, L1H17KY
ELS 7.2 requires PTF L1H17IU, L1H17KZ
