Running newfs on a newly created Veritas/Symantec Volume Manager (VxVM) Disk Group (DG)/Volume effected a different VxVM DG/Volume in Oracle Solaris Cluster (OSC) 3.x environment.

Relevant notice in /var/adm/messages:



A new VxVM DG & Volume had been created.
