Symptoms
Note 1: If the system panics in pollhead_delete() and the Kernel revision is earlier than the following, please refer to Doc ID 1537672.1.

- x86/x64 5.10: 150401-01
- Solaris 11.1: SRU 9

There are two primary symptoms; (1) panic or (2) hang/deadlock.
