ILOM 3.2 NO LONGER sends the ILOM hostname to DHCP server on SPARC T3-x, SPARC T4-x, and SPARC T5-x servers

Symptoms
ILOM 3.2 NO LONGER sends the ILOM hostname to DHCP. Without this information it's very difficult to update DNS with the ILOM hostname. We tried manually setting the SP hostname variable and did not appear to make any difference. We are expecting that when the system sends a DHCP request to the Server, it will send the ORACLESP-xxxxxxx name which they then use that to update their Dynamic DNS server.
See service processor network properties below under dhcp_server_ip where it says "none" and should show the DHCP server ip address:
