Solaris Cluster during booting or Shutdown or changing Private Network Switch Panic with "Cluster lost operational quorum" or "CMM aborting" after Interconnect is "being drained" (Doc ID 1614826.1)

Symptoms

The issue was observed in a 2-node Solaris Cluster when a node was rebooted or shutdown. During the shutdown one of the cluster nodes panic with
"CMM: Cluster lost operational quorum; aborting.".
