Ops Center 12c Agent Installation Will Fail if a Firewall Blocks Port 8002 between AC and PC (Doc ID 1614901.1)

Symptoms

The following error was emitted when trying to install an Ops Center Agent Controller:

# ./install -p <proxy-ip>
Mon Jan 13 15:55:02 EST 2014

command: ./install -p .....
This is not Solaris 11.2 or greater
Checking to see if this is an upgrade to an existing Agent Controller
No existing Agent Controller found.
Installing the IPS Agent Controller
