How to set MaxOutstandingR2T for Solaris 11 COMSTAR ISCSI (Doc ID 1617229.1)

Goal

I'm trying to connect to an iscsi COMSTAR target with a higher MaxOutstandingR2T value. This is just normal TCP iscsi. I'd like to know how to set  MaxOutstandingR2T in COMSTAR to for the target side.
