Oracle VM Server and Solaris Cluster Suffer Application Network outages due to Duplicate MAC address of LDom vnic (Doc ID 1617760.1)

The system was experiencing application network outages, the application would sporadically "disconnect" from its network connection.
Further investigation showed his Oracle VM Server Network LDom vnic's have duplicate MAC address.

Symptoms

The issue occurred when creating LDom’s with Oracle VM Server.

The system was experiencing application network outages, the application would sporadically "disconnect" from its network connection.

This issue came up on a system where LDom’s was configured with SUNW.ldom resource type in  a Solaris Cluster environment.
