Symptoms

Secure Global Desktop (SGD) Administrators may receive reports that Windows applications are failing to launch and that a "Usage" message is displayed in the Details section of the Connection Progress dialog.

The problem seems to occur with newly provisioned Windows applications rather than those that have been used for some time.
