Symptoms
When staging in files off a T10000D volume I/O errors are seen. The following shows an example of the error as seen in the /var/opt/SUNWsamfs/trace/sam-stagerd trace file:

These errors are seen if DIV is turned on in the /etc/opt/SUNWsamfs/defaults.conf, on a Solaris 11 system, running SAM-QFS 5.3, with T10000D drives configured, without making necessary changes to the /kernel/drv/st.conf
