Symptoms

When trying to create an "Update Firmware and Install Oracle VM Server for SPARC" plan in Ops Center 12.3.3+, you will get an error when you click "Save" that says;

Typically, the customer has upgraded their Ops Center EC from 12.3.3 to 12.4.
