Receiving random warning and error messages in Hyperion Workspace when no action is being initiated. Examples of messages that may be received are:

Warning: The repository object with uuid, HomePage_wsp, could not be found : Object doesn't support this property or method
              The response from the server contained an unexpected content type.

Error: Required application module cds.folderactions is not configured.

- or -

Warning: You do not have sufficient permission to login to your default folder or the folder no longer exists. Please contact your administrator for assistance.

- or -

Warning: An error occurred processing the result from the server. Description: Invalid or could not find module configuration 'cds.explorer'.

Changes

 Permissions were changed/incorrect/removed in the root World directory.
