Solaris Cluster 4.x SMF Service 'osc-ha-zone-state-cleanup' Goes in Maintenance After Reboot and Preventing Node/System/Server to Join the Cluster (Doc ID 1629413.1)

Symptoms

In a Solaris Cluster environment the node1 was rebooted to get out of a hang condition whilst node2 was running in cluster mode.

But the node1 failed to join the cluster after the reboot because several SMF services went in maintenance state.

Output of 'svcs -xv' command shows the SMF services which are in maintenance :
