After Upgrade to Ops Center 12cR2 (12.2.0 - b2663) all assets disappeared (Doc ID 1633338.1)

 The EC and PC's all upgraded fine to the latest Ops Center release (12.2.0 - b2663) via the command line.  The upgrade guide was followed closely, along with the Release Notes and README. (Upgrade Guide) (README) (Release Notes)

After the upgrades the customer could not see any of their target servers in the BUI.  Clicking on the Asset tab throws an error:

"We were unable to complete your request."


 EC's and PC's all upgraded to the latest Ops Center release 12cR2 (12.2.0 - b2663) via the command line
