After Upgrade to Ops Center 12cR2 (12.2.0 - b2663) all assets disappeared (Doc ID 1633338.1)

 The EC and PC's all upgraded fine to the latest Ops Center release (12.2.0 - b2663) via the command line having followed the upgrade guide, Release Notes and README very closely. (Upgrade Guide) (README) (Release Notes)

After the upgrades I am not able to see any of my target servers. I get an error when I click on the Assets tab, stating: "We were unable to complete your request."


 EC's and PC's all upgraded to the latest Ops Center release 12cR2 (12.2.0 - b2663) via the command line
