Goal

To shrink a zpool by removing a disk/lun/vdev from the pool.  This device may have been added to the pool due to syntax mistake when the original intent was to attach it as a mirror or it may be that demand for usage of the zpool has shrunk and the admin may want to use the storage for other purposes so needs to remove it from the current zpool.
