Applies to:Sun QFS and Storage Archive Manager (SAM) - Version 4.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
Each disk archive volume defined in the diskvols.conf file will have a diskvols.seqnum file, created under the mount point. In the event that the disk volume is created from a SAM-QFS filesystem, and then a samfsrestore is performed to recover that filesystem, the "diskvols.seqnum" file will not be restored.
This will lead to issues staging from the disk archive volume.
The following error will be reported in the sam-stagerd log:
2014-05-11 16:23:39 copy-rm8[7279:1]: Disk archive seqnum file open failed '/samfs1/archive/diskvols.seqnum', errno= 61: No data available
