Solaris Cluster SUNW.ldom Resource is being Restarted due to "probe failures" but no Obvious Reason (Doc ID 1676572.1)

Symptoms

From time to time Solaris Cluster is restarting a guest LDom which is controlled/monitored with SUNW.ldom resource type.

Following messages are seen in /var/adm/messages file of the cluster node:

Moreover a weird message: "-0x1.ffdc4ffbffe2ep+1020s requested a domain restart ." is displayed
