12c: Incorrect Discovery Of Infiniband Switch Name on Exadata (Doc ID 1684809.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to discover the Exadata rack, the Infiniband (IB) targets are discovered with the wrong host names.

For example the resulting names are truncated: 

exa01sw#-ib
exa01sw#-ib
exa02sw#-ib
exa02sw#-ib


When the actual target names should be:

exasw1-ibb01
exasw1-iba01
exasw1-ibs01
exasw2-ibb01
exasw2-iba01
exasw2-ibs01
