Symptoms

An oracle database server resource failed to start in Solaris Cluster. Checking the HA-Oracle agent log file, you could detect the following kind of errors:

Please remember that the HA-Oracle log file is named messages.<resource-name> and it's located under /var/opt/SUNWscor/oracle_server directory.
If the resource does run within a non-global zone, then the path is relative to the zone root.

Changes

 A new SUNWscor.oracle_server resource was created to manage an instance of Oracle Database version 12cR1.
