Symptoms

Error messages when trying to start NNC that look similar to this:

Exception thrown in checkCoreServices(). Reason: SERVICE_FAILURE:  Core Service [ DEDService ] failed to start: SERVICE_FAILURE: Unable to start service [ DEDService ] Reason: Exception in DEDService.startService(). Reason: DEDSManager.getInstance() : Exception thrown. Reason : Exception in DEDSManager.init(). Reason: SERVICE_FAILURE:  MOM broker : ActiveMQ failed to start
