Symptoms
Customer reports that STA 2.0 requests a tape to be mounted for validation and leaves it mounted even though the information has been gathered. The tape media is then considered to be a stuck tape.
Changes
Upgrade STA to version 2.0 and SL8500 firmware upgrade to 8.3.5
