SAM-QFS: Archiver -norelease Flag NOT Getting Set (Doc ID 1941548.1)

Customer seeing some files that should have the release -n flag set is not getting set and these files are unavailable to users.

Symptoms

There seems to be a problem with some files under directories that should have the release -n flag set but DO NOT.

Changes

We have SAMFS configured to not release files under certain directories, based on directory naming convention.

For example files under /T2, /T2, /T4, /T5, /T6 directories should NEVER be RELEASED.
