Applies to:Oracle Secure Global Desktop - Version 5.1 to 5.1 [Release 5.0]
Information in this document applies to any platform.
When reconnecting to a Secure Global Desktop (SGD) Windows application session e.g Full screen Windows desktop, occasionally, the SGD application window freezes at the Windows Server logon screen. After awhile, the application window shows the Desktop again. The application session though is actually active on the Windows Terminal Server it was launched on. In fact, any keys presses while the application session is frozen and has focus are recieved by the application session. e.g if Notepad was started before the session was reconnected, any keys pressed will show up in the Notepad session when the application session unfreezes.
