HP LTO5/SL8500 -All Library Attached HP LTO5s Fail When Reboot via SLC After ADI Eenabled

Symptoms
To enable ADI, FE rebooted the SL8500 and then rebooted all HP LTO5s via SLConsole.
All HP LTO5s had following errors and went down.
