Unable to open the mailslot with SCSI Prevented "Yes"
Here is mailslot properties:
Mailslot Configuration: Expanded Mailslot (19 slots)
State: Closed
SCSI Prevented: Yes
Mailslot Positions - Occupied: 4
Empty: 15
Total: 19
Model Number: SL150

Here is the current installed firmware version:
Firmware Version: 2.25
Firmware Build Number: 0225 (1.45.00)

Symptoms

Unable to unlock the magazine nor open the mail slot, option "grayed out" from library console.
