This problem affects SMC Client TCP/IP communication as well as VLE TCP/IP communication.
Symptoms
SMC client can't communicate with the TAPEPLEX after installing current maintenance.

Communications sometimes initializes and a short time later, SMC0261 is issued to indicate there are no communication paths to the TAPEPLEX:
