Restoring a Configuration Savepoint does not Restore the REST API Password in Palladion/Oracle Communications Session Monitor (Doc ID 1970646.1)

Goal

We restored a configuration savepoint, but accesing to the REST API is still possible by using the old credentials. The admin password from the savepoint was not restored for the REST API.
