Symptoms

After upgrading a SBC (3820 or 4500 device) to SCz720 from SCx637, the health score of the SBC device decreased to zero, triggering a critical alarm regarding DSP temperature.


Example alarm:

Temperature Sensor PHY TCM1 is at 80.000 degrees C, over critical threshold of 80.000
