NTP Server not Working and Time not Synchronizing after Reboot (Doc ID 2008200.1)

Symptoms

Time is not synchronized. Even though there is an NTP Server configured in PSA(Platform Setup Application) -> Date&Time, the NTP server is not working

Also, a recent reboot has been done. To check for the latest reboot, login to the shell and type:

uptime
