Purpose

 The purpose of this document is to clarify when customers are required to upgrade to the high performance fan module for their Acme Packet 3820/4500 system.

Scope

IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the end of life of the Acme Packet 3820 and Acme Packet 4500 platforms, fan module upgrades will no longer be available after November 30th, 2017
