Some Dtrace Toolkit Scripts Fail to Execute on Solaris 11.1 and 11.2

Symptoms
On Solaris 11.1 and 11.2, some of the bundled Dtrace Toolkit scripts in /usr/dtrace/DTT fail to execute, reporting errors. Examples include the swapinfo.d script which fails to find a member of a kernel structure and the cputimes script which uses a dtrace probe which changed in name.
