Applies to:

Symptoms

A customer upgraded the ZFS Storage Appliance(ZFSSA) Operating System(OS) version from 2013.1.1.6 or older to 2013.1.3.0 or newer.

After the upgrade, the cluster resources screen no longer sees the 'component' network interfaces for an Internet Protocol Network Multipathing(IPMP) group.

Before upgrade:

NOTE: 'ibp0' and 'ibp2' are no longer visible.

Changes

The ZFSSA OS was updated from 2013.1.1.6 or older to 2013.1.3.0 or newer.

Prior to OS 2013.1.3.0 the fact that interfaces that belong to an IPMP group must all be of the same type and owned by the same head was assumed but not enforced.
