Goal

This is a Solaris 11 T5-8 server connected via Infiniband to a ZFS storage array.

There are only two iscsi LUNs mapped from ZFS storage, boths are having Command Timeout on path errors :

"Command Timeout on path " errors usually indicate a path problem to the storage device or a storage problem.

Q. What is the common point here that can cause these errors?
You should find out how the server is connected to the storage, how many HCA are used, how many paths, how many IB switches involved,
how many storage controller ports, etc...
