Oracle Communications Session Delivery Manager brings Up An Error When Trying To Open An Element (e.g. System) (Doc ID 2022814.1)

Symptoms

 

Customer is using NNC73M4P1 and they have successfully loaded the configuration of the SBC. When they try to open an element then we get an error message as you can see in the attached Screenshot.

 

 

 

Also in the DbService.log (Collect-info) found the following entry:

2015-03-20 09:50:27,638 ERROR [com.acmepacket.ems.server.services.database.XMLDatabase] - Method: [executeQuery] Thread: [RMI TCP Connection(3138)-1.22.33.44:108904]  Msg:[Exception thrown while creating query context.  Reason: Configuration data conflict is detected. The user changes for device may be outdated. If problem persist, please undo all user changes for this device and try again. Failed to executeQuery due to data missing/conflict in DB document. ErrorCode:15020 Action: N/A
Query: declare default element namespace 'http://www.acmepacket.com/SCZ7.1.5';replace node doc('dbxml:SCZ715_NNOS.dbxml/10.11.12.13-10.11.12.14')/config/systemConfig[@objectId='116'] with <systemConfig
