Symptoms
In this scenario, a Secure Global Desktop (SGD) Gateway server is in front of a SGD array deployment. Administrators find that User sessions are not evenly distributed across each SGD server in the array. For example, you may find the User sessions on SGD servers in the array are as below:
SGD server1 User Sessions:125 Application Sessions:88
SGD server2 User Sessions:80 Application Sessions:86
SGD server3 User Sessions:108 Application Sessions:89
SGD server4 User Sessions:90 Application Sessions:90
SGD server2 User Sessions:80 Application Sessions:86
SGD server3 User Sessions:108 Application Sessions:89
SGD server4 User Sessions:90 Application Sessions:90
This article explains why this behavior is occurring and if it is possible to have the User Sessions evenly balanced when using the SGD Gateway.
