Symptoms
The Apache WebServer which is packaged with Secure Global Desktop (SGD) starts failing with a Segmentation Fault after enabling Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication with Oracle Access Manager.
An example of the error is:
and is found in the file: /opt/tarantella/webserver/apache/<openSSL version>/logs/error_log
WHERE <openSSLversion> is the OpenSSL version used by SGD
Changes
SGD environment works fine without enabling SSO. The segmentation fault starts happening after SSO was enabled from the Administration Console or with the tarantella sso command.
