Exalytics: After Release Upgrade on Bare Metal PS5 Server "exalytics_imageinfo" Command Shows Non-Matching Kernel Versions under "kernel" and "RPM" (Doc ID 2046791.1)

After applying Exalytics Release on an existing bare metal PatchSet (PS) 5 machine, the exalytics_imageinfo command does not show the same kernel version in all locations.

Kernel version shows as 2.6.39-400.248.3.el5uek but the 'kernel' listed under the RPM versions shows kernel-2.6.32-100.23.1.el5.

Does this indicate that the patch did not install successfully or is it only partially installed?
