Purpose

This document provides a summary of component versions included in all SuperCluster Quarterly Full Stack Download Patches (QFSDPs) released to date.

Scope

This is intended as a reference for customers, Oracle Support and Oracle Platinum patching teams to identify content of SuperCluster QFSDPs and changes between QFSDPs. This is limited to only the content of SuperCluster QFSDPs.

The QFSDP is the only mechanism that delivers the proactive patching policy for all SuperClusters. Systems should be kept no more than 6 months out of date (2 QFSDPs). Oracle makes no guarantees that SuperCluster versions older than 6 months will be maintained. The QFSDP should be applied as a whole unit during a single exercise (dim-sum patching is not recommended). Reactive patching policy does allow individual patches to be applied to individual components to address critical issues with no reasonable workaround, but advice should first be taken from Oracle Support. Refer to the README files within the QFSDP for further details.
