Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

The goal of this document is to describe how to upgrade the Power Supply A261 (P/N 7302922) Firmware on SPARC M7 series server.

NOTE: This document does not apply to M8 using A265 power supplies. Therefore, please do not apply firmware update to A265 power supply on M8.  

When running SysFW 9.5.2.g or later, it is possible to check the Power Supply FW revision from Restricted Shell
