Symptoms
1. On a Oracle Communications Operation Monitor (OCOM) server, there are orphaned tables (files starting with "#sql-") in the /var/lib/mysql/vsp/. To check this, run:

Recent system poweroff, cold/hard reset/reboot (which occurred while the database was in the process of making table changes)
Note: The OCOM should never be hard reset or powered off! Instead, reboot the server from the PSA at https://<YOUR_OCOM_IP>/setup/ - in the right top corner. (alternatively use the reboot command from shell interface)
